There are several outsourcing partners that provide legal information to the Tools and one that assists with technical development. Some of them have been active since 2005. You can see an overview here of the distribution of work on the different parts of the Legal Tools between the legal information outsourcing partners. The specific tasks of every outsourcing partner are clearly stated in its co-operation agreement with the ICC Office of the Prosecutor. Each outsourcing partner is responsible for the work it does on the Legal Tools. There is no overlap of responsibility between the partners. The ICC, its Organs, participants in proceedings before the Court or ICC States Parties are not responsible for the work done by the outsourcing partners on the Tools.
